If you’ve shopped at The Perfect Piece before or stop in regularly, you’ve probably heard about our annual Holiday Open House. Whether you’re a repeat holiday shopper or a newcomer to the store, we want to welcome you and fill you in on this year’s Open House details!

Open House Days and Times

Thursday, October 16: Extended Hours! 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. 

Friday, October 17: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 18: 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Please note: we will be closed on Tuesday, October 14 and Wednesday, October 15 to set up and prepare for the event.

What to Expect

Holiday Open House is an annual celebration of all things seasonal and festive. We’re here to spark inspiration for your holiday and Christmas home transformations. Our rooms will still be themed, so whether you’re dreaming of a white– or neutral or red and green or mixed metals– Christmas, we’ll provide ideas on how to arrange, update, and add to your holiday decor. 

If you’re looking for the perfect holiday table runner or serving platter for hosting, our Open House is a great opportunity to snag those items early. Browse our serveware and tablescape setups for innovative ways to remix your home hosting displays. You’re in additional luck if you’re searching for a small size home decor Christmas tree, as we’ll have them displayed throughout the store and available for purchase. We’re also embracing seasonal items emphasizing comfort, so a wide assortment of pillows, blankets, and soft accents will be available and arranged for ultimate cozy vibes.

Not quite ready to ring in winter and the holiday season? We will still have a mix of harvest and regular decor as you transition between seasons in your home. 

Tips for a Great Open House Experience

Our Open House is a busy event filled with conversation and new ideas. Be sure to allot enough time for yourself to comfortably browse the store, consider small details, and bounce decorating ideas off The Perfect Piece employees and other shoppers. We find every experience is more fun with a friend or family member, so our Open House motto is The More, The Merrier! For the widest selection of collectible items from brands like Jim Shore and Clothtique, we encourage you to come out the first day of Open House for the best selection. We will also have our selection of Department 56 houses ready for choosing another item for your collection. If you’re looking for a slightly quieter experience, stopping in at midafternoon on Friday or Saturday could provide a break between our busiest hourly peaks. 

Please plan to use one of our accepted forms of payment prior to arriving at the store.

We will happily take major credit and debit cards, cash, and Apple and Google pay. We unfortunately cannot accept checks.

Away on a trip or tied up with work during the Open House dates? Don’t worry– we have another fun day planned for Small Business Saturday on November 29! Zelienople also often has a holiday open house weekend sometime in November which is a delightful time in our little town. We will also restock holiday decor and wares throughout the season so you can continue finding perfect pieces for your home after Open House.
